Dumbwaiters are small freight elevators (or lifts) intended to carry objects rather than people. Dumbwaiters found within modern structures, including both commercial and private buildings, are often connected between multiple floors. Often found in multistoried hotels, large households, marriage halls, restaurants, hospitals etc.
